There is no such thing as a brain diet. This is the most ridiculous notion I've heard so far and the reason I'm posting it is to stop the misinformation and lies. You can learn about brain diet products on the Brain Diet website. You can get your brain food and exercise from any number of ways, such as supplements, brain nutrition and brain training. The key is to focus on the type of foods that will make you more functional and less sick. In this post I will discuss why, how and when to do exercise and how to stay fit. This will be the 3rd post in a series I call, The Brain Diet. The Brain Diet was inspired by a question on Quora that asked about the best way to eat to get the most bang for your buck. The answer was the Brain Diet, a brain diet that involves a number of brain foods and a simple combination of exercise and brain dieting.
